Dutch Embassy in Mexico

We are thrilled to share a momentous occasion that took place recently, highlighting our commitment to empowering women and creating positive change. The Dutch Embassy in Mexico City, in collaboration with the Dutch Ambassador Wilfred Mohr, honored us with a visit to witness our transformative project, Hidden Girls Mexico.

In a momentous step towards spreading awareness and garnering support, the Dutch Ambassador of Gender Equality, along with representatives from the Dutch Embassy, came to see firsthand the impact of Hidden Girls. This project, orchestrated by the Move Forward Foundation, is dedicated to promoting the “Trauma Relief Movement Program”, which uses the therapeutic power of dance and sports to assist individuals in overcoming trauma.

Their visit allowed them to interact with the participants and witness the profound changes the “Trauma Relief Movement Program” has brought to their lives. It’s an acknowledgment of our collective efforts to empower women, advocate for gender equality, and support those who have experienced trauma.

This visit stands as a testament to the importance of international collaboration in addressing critical issues. The Dutch Ambassador Wilfred Mohr commended the work being done to provide strength, resilience, and hope to those in need.

We are immensely proud of this recognition and look forward to continuing our mission of creating a world where everyone, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to heal, thrive, and achieve their full potential.

Stay tuned for more updates, stories, and events as we strive to make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. Together, we can continue to inspire change and build a brighter future.
